Tottenham Hotspur fans have reacted to a link with Fenerbahce striker Vedat Muriqi.
Turkish journalist Ferudun Nigdelioglu claims that Spurs have made an official bid for the Kosovo international and that Burnley are also interested in potentially striking a deal.
Muriqi has scored 11 goals in 17 outings in all competitions and he has also won 23 caps for his country, even scoring in the 5-3 defeat to England at St Mary’s in Euro 2020 qualification.
Fans, though, are split on the possibility.
Mourinho’s produced some incredible footballing stars – how much do you know about them?
Muriqi is something of an unknown quantity and so caution is advisable.
He has spent less than a full season at Fener and, though he has been in fine form, it remains to be seen if he would even want to leave at this stage of his career or if he would adapt to life in England if he were to opt to move to Spurs.
But immediately jumping to conclusions is absolutely unnecessary at this stage.
Meanwhile, Spurs fans have reacted to a major new update on Christian Eriksen.
